‘On the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it; because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.’ Genesis 2: 2-3.

This is the day the Lord blessed and sanctified for us to rest and recuperate. You are never too late to join us for Sabbath even if the service has already begun. Come and join us and receive a very warm welcome and a blessing from the Lord.

Don’t listen to that little voice that is saying ‘you are too late, the service has already begun’ or ‘what will people think if you arrive part-way through’ or whatever excuse you might come up with standing outside. We encourage you to come in and share the blessings the Lord has for you on His Sabbath.

The doors open at 9.00am for a time of quiet reflection followed at 9.30am when we have a short programme before the Sabbath School that commences at 10am. The Sabbath School is a time for our weekly Bible study where questions and comments are welcome. This is followed by a short break and then Divine Service at 11.15am which sometimes has special or musical items. Generally, the message given (sermon) lasts about 30-40 minutes. This message is recorded and uploaded online and a link to it will be found in our Media page on this website.

Everyone is welcome to join with us in our shared vegetarian/vegan lunch. Don’t worry if you haven’t brought anything. There is always enough for everyone. This is a time to get to know others.

After lunch we aim to have other programmes for those who would like to participate.

Times to be announced – Music and choir practice

Times to be announced – Children’s afternoon programme

2.00pm – Youth Programme where our youngsters (teens and early twenties) are trained to become our next leaders.

2.30pm – Bible Study and Prayer meeting

For those who remain in the building there is plenty of time to meet and get to know each other and for the children to be together. You will not be left alone.

When the weather is dry, a book table will be left outside the church entrance for those who wish to take one or more pieces of literature. If the weather is wet and/or windy the book table is just inside the front door. Generally, these are Great Controversy books, but we also have other books and health magazines. If you wish to have a free book and there are none outside the church and the door is locked, you can obtain a free one via Advent Books.

You are most welcome to join us any Sabbath (Saturday). We look forward to meeting you.
